Here are the top coaching tips for this week….
Straight Ball Toss…….
When releasing the ball on your throw up, hold the arm up fully extended pointing to the ball, until just before your racket makes contact with the ball. This will help you get an accurate straight ball toss and get your body in a great position to hit a cracking serve! Goodluck
