CENTRE COURT - Opening play on centre court today is Roger Federer who is “standing in” for Rafael Nadal who has had to withdraw because of his knees. Federer is a very worthy “stand in” after winning the championships 5 times already and probably the greatest tennis player of all time, he will be opening the new-look Centre Court with its retractable roof. Will Federers new military-style jacket prove more of a talking point than his 1st match?
