Returns

We hope that you really enjoy wearing your new tennis kit but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Loveall Tennis, we will be happy to exchange your item or give you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions and we will endeavour to process your request as swiftly as possible.

  • Pop the item, in its original packaging, back into the delivery bag, or another suitable postage bag. 
  • Include in the parcel the returns note that came with your delivery, indicating on the note whether you require an exchange or a refund for your item.
  • Stick the returns address label onto the outside of the parcel showing our returns address: Loveall Tennis, Cambertown House, Goldthorpe Industrial Est., Goldthorpe, Rotherham, S36 9BL
  • Reseal the parcel with sticky tape, ensuring that it is well sealed.
  • Take it along to your post office and send it back to us. Please note that as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, we do recommend that you return the products using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods.
  • Please ensure that the items returned are in their original condition, complete with packaging, within 14 days of receipt of order.

We would also ask you to make sure that when you try on your new items of clothing, you are not wearing perfume, deodorant or make up which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We unfortunately cannot accept items which are marked in any way as we then can't re-sell them.

An exchange of the order will be made if required and postage will not be charged again on straight exchange orders or a full refund, excluding the delivery charge will be issued on receipt of the goods in their original condition if required. Don't forget to indicate on your returns form the reason for the return and if any exchange is required.
